has been working for the past few days....

bbq was ytd night!
zhenghui couldn't recognize me! how can! =x
uncle....really long time no see liao!...haha
actually... didnt really eat much stuffs from the bbq...
my main purpose there was actually to chit chat with ppl only...haha

in the end they were playing cheat....haha

终于拍到大懒虫和懒惰虫了!! =x
TPR stands for Temperature Pulse and Respiration
It is to measure the patient's vital signs to determine his/her condition
Firstly we are going to take the patient's temperature using a digital thermometer by the oral route
insert into the patient's mouth under the tongue in an oblique angle and wait till the thermometer to beep to take the reading....
then is pulse..normal pulse rate is .......
then is respiration..and the normal respiration rate is......
Nurse..does the patient has any medication? issit A.C or P.C?
tablet or liquid form?
next, we are going to serve diet trolley....
which consist of porridge...milk...fruits..
with provides us with carbohydrate...vitamins....etc etc...
*i did not refer to any notes...*
these has been what i've been listening to for the past few trainings.O.o...
